“The need for self love is universal. no matter where you live, you need to learn how to love yourself.”

- Anita Papp
My guest this week, Anita Papp is an incredible woman. Not only has Anita overcome cancer but decided to do something amazing with her second chance at life and become a self love mentor and life coach.
This is actually the second time I interview Anita as the first time was halted due to technical difficulties. I could not let her story be put on the back burner, however, so I knew I needed to reschedule and reshoot!
Anita’s mindset is one I think more of us need. Life is full of trials and tribulations. Everyone has challenging times. The difference between those who overcome and those who do not is the simple idea that those who know they will succeed do and those who believe they won’t, don’t. I would not miss this episode!
In this interview, Anita Papp discusses:
- What inspired her to become a life coach. [1:23]
- How long after her cancer diagnosis did she decide to change her life. [3:58]
- Why women tend to not like themselves. [7:00]
- A tip to feel more worthy of self love. [9:48]
- The phases that happen before you can accept self change. [12:23]
- The difference between going to a councillor and going to a life coach. [14:40]
- What she would say to people who say self love is a form of selfishness. [18:35]
- Her experience with her own life coach. [20:30]
Overcome the obstacles and learn to love yourself in this episode of the Succeed Against the Odds podcast.
