“My biggest philosophy in life is go for it!
You're never too old to try something new and if one door doesn't
open then another one sure will, never give up on yourself.”

I think each and every one of us has been guilty of looking at another person and assuming something about their lives due to their appearance. Somehow, we’ve collectively come to the conclusion that if someone is attractive, fit, and positive they must have an easier life than us. This is certainly never the case, each one of us goes through our own journey of trials and tribulations. This misconception is no stranger to this week’s guest, Heidi Cannon.
Heidi Cannon is an entrepreneur, medical esthetician, fitness model, owner and creator of Mrs. Cannon's Kitchen app, bellydancer and more! She has been on the cover of Fitness Magazine, Women’s Health and Fitness Magazine, and Proactive Health Magazine. Let me assure you though, Heidi Cannon is definitely not just a pretty face. She’s a multitalented woman with a drive that won’t quit. If she isn’t modeling, you may find her dirt biking or belly dancing on the weekends. On top of all that, you may maybe find her working on her website and app Mrs. Cannon’s Kitchen where she prepares all the delicious treats we know and love- but with protein powder.
One thing that makes Heidi unique, as discussed in this week’s episode, is that she had to overcome a lot of self doubt and low self confidence when, as a teenager, she was bitten by a dog on the face. After numerous plastic surgeries and a new found passion for fitness and clean eating, Heidi’s reached a point where she wants to help other women overcome their insecurities and reach their full potential!
We cover a lot in this episode, including
