"I learned early on to be an independent self-starter. Growing up in the foster system, and experiencing violence in the home, gave me a strong determination to create and build a better life for myself. I moved out at the age of 15 and put myself through high school, college, and university while holding down three jobs. Since then, I have started and sold six successful businesses. I'm also the mother of two wonderful daughters and am delighted to be a grandmother!
Over the past 40 years, I have extensively researched and participated in transformational work. The results have been amazing. The combined result of my life experience and the changes I've been able to make by doing this work, led me to become a transformational solution coach and speaker. I have a particular passion for making a difference for people who are starting over, whether it be relationship or work related. I've successfully coached thousands of people and delivered numerous presentations to business groups, associations, youth organizations and others.

My job as a coach is to help you to discover the barriers from the past that hold you back and teach you to let go of them.
