Evelyn McKelvie is an expert equine coach and helps individuals and teams discover new ways to improve their personal leadership skills through work with horses.
In this episode, Evelyn explains the power of learning about ourselves and our leadership skills. Since verbal language is of no use when communicating with horses: body language, our emotional and energetic state, and our thoughts are critical. While other practitioners use horses in therapeutic and healing work, Evelyn's goal in coaching with horses is to stimulate an immediate and transformational connection to our deep inner selves. She masterfully moves between pure coaching, and facilitating her client’s relationship with the horse so that they encounter themselves in an intimate and powerful way. This ultimately opens them to actualizing their ideals and desires.
